German Dinner Idea Potato Hack Pan Recipe 







This potato-hack pan is a perfect lunch dish that will satisfy everyone's appetite.
Tip: Pre-cooked potatoes save you time.




Preparation:


Step 1

Peel potatoes, wash, cut into slices. Heat clarified butter in a large pan, fry the potatoes in a medium heat while stirring for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile clean mushrooms, quarter. Add to the potatoes, fry for 5 minutes. Salt, pepper and take out the potato mix.



Required ingredients:

1 kg potatoes

2 tbsp clarified butter

500 g mushrooms

Salt

Pepper



Serving ingredients for 4 persons

1 .5 KG potatoes

2 tbsp clarified butter

500 g mushrooms

salt pepper

100 g Bacon (Bacon)

300 g Minced meat (mixed)

salt pepper

paprika

200 g whipped cream

1 Bd.Parsley



Step 2:

Cut the bacon into strips, fry in the frying pan. Add hack, roast crumbly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Pour cream simmer over low heat for 2 minutes. Add the potato mix, stir well and heat.

100 g Bacon (Bacon)

300 g Minced meat (mixed)

salt

pepper

paprika

200 g whipped cream





Step 3:

Chop parsley leaves and fold in. Serve the potato pan.
